The TV soap actress Mohena Singh or Keerti Goenka from ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ tied the knot with Suyesh Rawat, the son of spiritual guru and Cabinet Minister Satpal Maharaj in the royal wedding style in Haridwar.
Mohena Singh shot to fame after her acting gig in Star Plus’ hit show ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’. She played the role of the protagonist, Kartik’s sister, Keerti Goenka. The beautiful actress married Cabinet Minister & spiritual guru Satpal Maharaj’s son Suyesh Rawat. Besides being a terrific actress, Mohena is also the Princess of Rewa, Madhya Pradesh. For the uninitiated, she was born in the royal family of Raja Pushpa Raj Singh of Rewa.
In a royal wedding held in Haridwar, Mohena dazzled like a princess in the traditional red lehenga while husband, Suyesh looked like fine-sight in white ethnic Sherwani. Mohena looked charming with a veil over her head, a bindi on her forehead and heavy Rajwada jewelry around her neck. The two looked stunning as a newly-wed couple. A few images from the royal wedding have now gone viral on the internet. The viral photos see Mohena and Suyesh taking the ‘pheras’ and sitting beside the ‘agni kund’. The whole nation is showering the newly-wed couple with good wishes and congratulatory messages.
The wedding was attended by only close friends and family of the bride and groom. Besides, the members of political institutions and parties like Governor Babirani Maurya, CM Trivendra Singh Rawat, BJP’s General Secretary Organization Shiv Prakash, State General Secretary Organization Ajay Kumar, former Union Minister and MP Ajay Tamta arrived at the royal soiree. Actress Urvashi Rautela and many of Mohena’s friends from Tellyworld were present at the Indian wedding. In attendance was yoga practioner and FMCG giant ‘Patanjali’ owner, Baba Ramdev.
The actress was promised to Suyesh in a quick ceremony on 8 October 2018. Mohena and Suyesh got engaged in a hush-hush ceremony in Goa on 8 February 2019. Earlier the photos from Mohena’s Mehendi and Sangeet ceremony also went viral on the internet. Talking about her Mehendi outfit, she looked fresh as a daisy in a mint green floral lehenga and accessories to match. He jewels included a maang tikka, chaandbalis and a traditional heavy nath that added to her bridal charm.

Mohena also looked bright and beautiful during her Haldi ceremony wearing a yellow-colored lehenga and floral jewellery that included a maang tikka, choker necklace and haath phool. The bright pink and white floral jewellery popped so well against the yellow of her outfit. The stunning Haldi décor also matched her lovely yellow look.
At the Sangeet ceremony, the couple looked fabulous in their royal attire. Mohena donned a pastel grey and peach-colored lehenga with dupatta over her head. Her jewellery included a gold and pearl choker necklace that finished off her look with much grace. Prince Suyesh looked like a true prince in white ensemble with a white headgear and a studded ‘kalgi’. The reception and royal farewell ceremonies of the blessed couple are to happen on 9 & 10 November 2019. So you all can hold your breaths to see the influential couple in their regal attire. The honeymoon location for the beautiful couple is yet to be disclosed.

Suyesh originally hails from Garhwal region of Uttarakhand. He belongs to the political family of Maharaj Satpal Maharaj the son of spiritual master Yogiraj Paramsant Shri Hans Ji Maharaj and Jagat Janani Rajeshwari Devi. Satpal Singh Rawat is a spiritual guru and National Executive Member of the Bhartiya Janta Party.
