Elon Musk’s transponder daughter, Xavier Alexander Musk filed a petition for both a name- change, gender and a new birth certificate reflecting her new gender identity in April in Los Angeles county superior court. In the petition, she said that she no longer lives with or wishes to be related to her biological father in any way, shape or form.
As per court filing, A hearing is set for Friday, 24th June, 2022 in Los Angeles to consider the request by Xavier Alexander Musk to change the name to Vivian Jenna Wilson and be legally acknowledged as a female. She is adopting her mother’s surname as her new identity.
