Ranbir’s “Brahmastra” has shown an upward trend in earnings over the 2nd weekend and entered the coveted 200 Cr club on Sunday. It breached the lifetime of Kartik’s Bhool Bhualiyaa 2 to become the 2nd highest grosser this year and Ranbir-Ayan’s 2013 blockbuster Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani to become the actor’s 2nd highest grosser all-time on Saturday.
The fantasy adventure film was opened with mixed reviews from the critics and the audience alike and had taken a flying start at the box office. It witnessed a big drop of over 61% in earnings, however, remained steady through the weekdays.

Advance Reports Day 10
The advance sales for Sunday reached over 2L tickets worth Rs 6.75 Cr which is the highest since last Sunday (Day 3). It looks like Ranbir’s film is back on track as it has shown an upward trend in ticket sales on the second weekend. It will cross the 200 Cr club today and will churn out in the vicinity of 50 crores in the second week.
Box Office Collection Day 10
As per the trade estimation, Brahmastra clocks Rs 16.75 crores on Day 10 (Sun) to take the total domestic collection over 208 crores, all versions. From here, the next target for Ranbir starrer will be to cross the 250 crore mark by the second weekend and then head for 350-375 crore lifetime.
It has gone past the 300 crores mark at the box office worldwide in terms of gross collections in just 9 days given the stupendous business by the movie in the overseas market.

Ranbir-Alia 200 Cr grosser Movies
Brahmastra now marks the second film for both the husband-wife Ranbir and Alia, which has entered the 200 Cr club. Ranbir had Sanju which has earned a lifetime of Rs 342.53 crores, domestically while Alia’s RRR collected Rs 274.31 crores.
Talking about the 100 Cr club movies, Ranbir has 5 movies that entered the coveted 100 Cr club while Alia has 7 movies that collected 100 crores.
