Veteran Indian actor R. Madhavan impresses with his latest comedy-drama Web Series ‘Decoupled’ exclusively on Netflix.
The actor made his debut on the digital space from the 2018 crime drama show Breathe. It is helmed by Hardik Mehta, director of Janhvi Kapoor starrer Roohi which was released earlier this year in March. It is written by Manu Joseph. Now winning hearts for Decoupled.
Decoupled Synopsis
The Web Series is a Comedy-drama, where a married couple wants to get separate, but their 8 yrs old girl is not happy with the news, the lead actor somehow manages his wife to stay together solely for the sake of their daughter, who don’t want to see her parent’s split.

- Hate Story 2 (2014) and Sacred Games (2019) fame Surveen Chawla is Madhavan’s wife, who works in the corporate sector.

- Shrestha Banerjee is playing Sangeeta Rawat reportedly appears on the 8 episode.
- Himanee Bhatia and Navneet Singh Kohli are the other actors from the show.
Decoupled Over the Top (OTT) Release Date
It is produced by Bhavesh Mandalia along with Vikramaditya Motwane, Sejal Shah, and Gaurav Shukla. It is made under the banner of Andolan Films, with the collaboration of Bombay Fables Motion Pictures.
It was started streaming on 17 December 2021 exclusively on the streaming platform Netflix, received so much praise all over.

The trailer of the show was released on 10 Nov 2021 on the distributor’s official YouTube channel on Netflix India, they uploaded the trailer with a brief intro about the show, ” Decoupled is a Story of a Separating couple Navigating through the Crazy Journey that is a Marriage.”
