The crime thriller “Drishyam 2” is not in the mood of slowing down at the box office. The film clocked double-digit figures on its third Sunday (day 17) and crossed the domestic nett biz of the blockbuster Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2.
The next target of the film would be to cross the domestic lifetime of the movies like Housefull 4, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Sooryavanshi and Ek Tha Tiger and then eye the 200 Cr milestone in India.
Drishyam 2 is currently in its third week and still emerges as the top choice for moviegoers and seems like, Ajay starrer will continue this trend until the highly awaited film Avatar 2 arrives.

Inching Closer to 300 Cr WW
The worldwide gross collection of Drishyam 2 stands at over 265 crores in 17 days. It is now inching closer to the 300 crores gross mark which it is expected to enter in the 4th week. It has emerged as the 3rd highest-grosser Bollywood film in 2022 after Brahmastra (431 crores) and The Kashmir Files (340 crores+).
Drishyam 2 Advance Bookings Report
It touched the double-digit mark on its third Sunday which tells the future box office prospects of the movie. The film is outdoing the daily earnings of new releases like Bhediya and An Action Hero.
That said, the film has seen a major drop in its advanced trends, it clocked 56.5L in the pre-sales for the 3rd Monday. However, that has been the trend for Drishyam 2 since the start, the film remains normal on the weekdays and then shows a huge jump on the weekends.

Box Office Collection Day 18
Now, going by the reports, Drishyam 2 sees a drop of over 70% in earnings on Day 18. It accumulated in the range of 2.8-3 crores making the total nett domestic collections in the vicinity of 190 crores. as per the trade estimations.
