House is the Dragon is a prequel series of HBO’s Internationally acclaimed superhit American fantasy drama series Game of Thrones (2011-2019). Both the series are based on “A Song of Ice and Fire” novel by George R.R. Martin.
Created by Martin and Ryan Condal, House of the Dragon created a lot of buzz even before arriving on August 22, 2022 on HBO. It was renewed for the second season, five days after the release of the first episode of this season which received a viewership of around 10 million overnight.
