Rishabh Shetty’s film Kantara opened to positive reviews from the critics and audience alike, he has been receiving accolades for his performance and direction. It is produced by KGF makers, Hombale films.
It is directed, written, and starred by Rishab Shetty, it also has Sapthami Gowda, Kishore, Pramod Shetty, and Achyuth Kumar among others. On the technical front, Arvind S. Kashyap is the cinematographer, K.M. Prakash-Pratheek Shetty edited the flick and it has music by B. Ajaneesh Loknath.

Occupancy Report Day 2
Kantara had a 45.56% overall occupancy on its first day across all shows, the film took a decent start at the box office in Karnataka, and now it seems the word of mouth has come into play.
As per the reports, Kantara witnessed a huge 73.25% occupancy across all shows on Saturday. It had 45.56% overall occupancy on Friday over morning, afternoon, evening and night shows.
Box Office Collection
Kantara is estimated to have collected Rs 3.50 crores** on the first day and going by the latest trade reports, the flick registers over 70% growth in collections on its 2nd-day run. As per the early estimations, Rishabh Shetty’s film will collect Rs 6.5-7 Cr on day 2 to take its total nett collections in the over 10.5 crores, domestically.
