The much- awaited Season 7 of Koffee With Karan had finally premiered on Disney+Hotstar on Thursday, July 7, 2022 and Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt entered as guests for the first episode of the show.
India’s popular chat show hosted by Bollywood’s ace filmmaker Karan Johar, made its comeback after 3 years. The show’s makers have also made some changes in telecasting medium as unlike previous six seasons which were telecast in Star World, this season is going to premiere its all episode exclusively on Disney+Hotstar.
In the first episode of the show KJo introduced Alia as a “freshly minted dulhania”, after that he introduced Ranveer Singh as “a superstar dulha at any time of the day”.
Later the duo revealed many things about their personal as well as professional lives with Ranveer ended-up being the winner of the gift hamper, Alia reveals that she was tired on her suhagraat, another side Ranveer said he was very on. Alia opened up about Ranbir’s Dreamy Proposal to Her
The Gangubai Kathiawadi actress revealed about how her long time beau, now her husband- Ranbir Kapoor, proposed to her. She said that the actor completely blew her mind because she didn’t expect that as they were not talking about that much.
She revealed that Ranbir proposed to her in Maasai Mara (Kenya) as they have shared a strong bond with that place. Ranbir also planted their guid to take pictures. “I was still dealing with the shock and he was taking pictures’ ‘, she added.
Alia got married to Ranbir Kapoor on April 14, 2022 after having a 5 long years love affair that started on the sets of their upcoming film Brahmastra. A few days ago Alia also shared the good news of her being pregnant with a picture from the hospital.

Ranveer Singh and Alia’s Strong and Cutest Friendship
The interesting highlight of the show was the cutest bond Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt shared with each other. They called each other “Sakhi”. Alia revealed how they became close friends after working together on the set of Gully Boy and Ranveer is that one friend with whom she can talk about anything and everything.
She further revealed that Ranveer came to her rescue in her hard times and he even started crying after seeing her proposal photos with Ranbir.
Alia on Her Bond with Kapoors
Alia said that she was brought up with her mom, dad and sister but their family was not that big like the Kapoors. She said Kapoors do everything together including prayers and all. She said it was a quite different experience to adjust with Kapoors as they are quite different from Bhatts.
“I have been through so many moments of cultures and rituals because of Kapoors and it has given me a totally new layer of life”, she added. She also disclosed that Ranbir is a very traditional guy and too much involved in Diwali puja and rituals.
Ranveer about his Bond with Deepika’s Parents
Ranveer also talks about his equation with his in-laws. He said that he is still trying to mix with Deepika’s family and still trying to figure it out. He revealed that he loves Deepika’s parents as they are too simple and grounded as people.
He further revealed that he has a special wardrobe for his Bangalore visit which only has white shirts and T-shirts as well as blue denim.
