Pradeep Ranganathan’s film “Love Today” is refusing to slow down at the box office. The rom-com entertainer has successfully completed its two-week run at the box office and still refusing to slow down at the box office.
It is a small film said to be made on a budget of 5-8 crores and said to have crossed the 50 crores gross worldwide on Day 15 (Fri) which is a big feat for a small film like Love Today.
Soon, it will be released in Telugu version, and the biz is expected to soar high in the dubbed version as well which is evident from its trailer. The Telugu trailer of the movie was released recently and has been trending since then. It has garnered a lot of eyeballs and is sure to make it big in the two Telugu states.
Love Today Box Office 2nd Week Report
Pradeep’s film minted ₹ 2.44 Cr on Fri, it showed a growth of over 113% for ₹ 5.2 Cr on its 2nd Saturday, it was stable on Sun and added another ₹ 5 Cr+ at its cash registers. The 2nd-weekend collection of Love Today stands at ₹ 12.7 Cr.
It saw a big drop of over 72% in earnings on its 2nd Mon for ₹ 1.44 Cr, however, holds very well on the weekdays with even a showing growth of 2% on the weekday Wed. The film netted ₹ 18.09 Cr on its 2nd week for a total domestic cume of ₹ 39.78 Cr, nett.
Box Office Collection Day 15
The two weeks gross collection of the movie stands at ₹ 48.97 crores worldwide which includes ₹ 46.47 Cr in India and ₹ 2.5 Cr gross overseas. Now, going by the advanced trends, it is expected to show growth in earnings over the third weekend as well.
As per the trade estimations, Love Today collected around ₹ 1.3 Cr nett on Day 15 to take the total earnings of the movie to over ₹ 41 Cr nett. With this, it has crossed the 50 crore mark in gross figures on Day 15 (Fri) at BO WW.
