Box Office Collection
Nikamma is a remake of the already successful Telugu film Middle Class Abbayi, which means the story is already there. Nikamma is a solo release at the BO this week, so the competition is zilch and it got a good number of screen counts in the domestic market too.
As per the early reports, it shows a below par start on Day 1 of Rs 0.50 Cr on opening day but it witnesses growth in the occupancy during the evening and night shows in the mass centers, collections from metros are weak. It needs to show growth on Sat and Sun to salvage the situation.
