Veteran South Indian actor Jagapathi Babu who has worked in more than 120 movies in the south cinema, is known mostly for his antagonist’s roles in the Tollywood industry.
The actor is all set to come with a Disney+Hotstar political thriller web series Parampara in their first-ever Telugu special.
Recently the OTT Platform has unveiled the 15-second videos of the star cast of the show on social media platforms, with the caption, “For Some, Family Comes First. For the Rest, It’s All About Power and Politics.”

Parampara is a power-packed action-thriller Web Series, directed by Krishna Vijay L, and bankrolled by Shobu Yarlagadda and Prasad Devineni under the banner of Ark Mediaworks Production.
It features Sarath Kumar and Jagapathi in the main lead, Jagapathi is playing the character of Sarath Kumar’s foster brother in the show. It is set in Vizag, Andhra Pradesh.

Jagapathi Babu as Mohan Rao, Sarath Kumar as Naidu, Actor Ishan is in the role of Naidu’s son as Suresh, Naveen Chandra essaying the role of Mohan’s son as Gopi, Actress Akanksha Singh is the only lead actress in the show playing as Rachana, Suresh’s love interest.
Telugu viewers love family Drama & action and the web series is the blend of these two genres, We have brought this show to build out a story that is gripping and heart-wrenching in parts the director said in an interview when asked to tell more about the show. He further added that I am Excited That the show has found the Platform Like the Disney Plus.

Premise
The story revolves around the familial infighting, where two brothers Naidu and Mohan Rao is to fight against the next business successor of their family business, Naidu is a powerful man in Vizag and Mohan who was loyal to his brother but later got deceived by him further chaos erupts in the family and now, both want their sons to sit as a next successor of their family business.
