Advance Bookings Day 2
It has garnered decent word of mouth and the advance bookings reports suggest that the flick will grow over Sat and Sun. It has accumulated 36.95L for day 2 from the pre-sales.
Thus, it is certain to take a jump in earnings on Sat. However, the collections are on the lower side, it has beaten other Friday releases.
Box Office Collection Day 2
Phone Bhoot took an average start at the box office, it collects ₹ 2.05 Cr on Friday in the domestic market. It has grossed ₹ 2.92 Cr worldwide out of 50L gross came in from the overseas market and 2.42 crore gross from India.
As per the early estimations, it draws in 2.2-2.5 crores on Sat making the 2 days’ domestic collections over ₹ 4.5 crore nett. It needs a huge growth on Sun to survive the weekdays where the inevitable regular drops will occur.
The business from the pre-sales for Sunday is over 47L, so, it is expected to collect around 3 Cr nett on Day 3. Still, the numbers are very poor for a Katrina Kaif movie.
