After crossing the mammoth Rs 1000 Cr mark on Saturday, Rajamouli’s RRR is raging at the box office, as per the recent reports the film crept up well on Sunday too.
After crossing the breakeven point from all over, Rajamouli achieved the superhit status in Hindi on Saturday, minting Rs 7.50 Cr on Day 16 in Hindi.
Now the film is in a profit of Rs 51.59 Cr, after successfully crossing the distributor breakeven of Rs 180 Cr, and overall Rs 111.41 Cr by raking in Rs 564.42 Cr shares worldwide in 17 days.
Talking about Hindi Collection, in 17 days of theatrical run RRR accumulated Rs 221.09 Cr, and the film saw another double-digit number after last Sunday (Rs 20.50 Cr) Day 10, it collected Rs 10.50 Cr on Day 17 (Sunday), far more than expected.
With the total collection of Rs 231.59 Cr in the 17-day theatrical run, the film is now heading towards Rs 250 Cr mark, Rajamouli’s RRR has now three free weekdays to perform, it will be interesting to see whether the film would achieve it or not, as it will be locking horns with highly buzzed film K.G.F 2 on Thursday.

Showing growth on Saturday after two unsuccessful weekdays, RRR had garnered Rs 5.10 Cr gross on Day 16 in Telugu-speaking states, early reports suggest, that it earned Rs 4.71 Cr shares (Rs 7.35 Cr gross) on Day 17, making the total collections Rs 389.35 Cr gross. It churned out Rs 2.05 Cr from the Nizam area.

Box Office Collection Worldwide
Now, the film has made history by successfully churning out Rs 1000 Cr gross worldwide on Saturday, it is the third Indian film ever to achieve this mark after Dangal and Baahubali2.
On Saturday RRR collected Rs 23 Cr gross, and as per the reports, the film raked in around Rs 26.35 Cr gross on Sunday (Day 17), making the total collection Rs 1029.35 Cr gross worldwide. Now, Rajamouli’s RRR has three weekdays to perform ahead of the arrival of the K.G.F 2 storm.
