Rajamouli’s epic period drama RRR after breaking the record of highest ever opening day grosser India, minted a decent collection on its day two. Scroll down to know the BOC Day 1 and Day 2.
The biggest ever release RRR graces the cinemas on Friday with over 10,200 screens in various languages Telugu along with its dubbed versions Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada & foreign languages English, Portuguese, French, etc.
The film has an ensemble star cast Ram Charan, Jr NTR, and cameo roles of Bollywood actors Ajay Devgn & Alia Bhatt, the big-ticket film is made on a budget of over Rs 500 crores.
It churned out Rs 223 Cr at the box office worldwide on Day 1, the film raked in Rs 156-66 Cr gross India. Showing the magnificent growth overseas Rajamouli directorial minted Rs 42 Cr from the U.S only. RRR grossed Rs 67 crore from the overseas market.
The film has shown growth in all languages barring the Hindi version if we compared it with Rajamouli’s earlier film Baahubali2. B2 had raked in Rs 152Cr gross on an opening day. Rs 40.73 Cr nett from the Hindi version wherein RRR raked in only Rs 19 Cr which is far less than the former.
Box Office Collection North Day 2
RRR has shown growth on the BO north too, as the word of mouth did its magic, the film raked in Rs 23.75 Cr from the Hindi version on Day 2 (Saturday), all languages version collection reaches in the range of Rs 25 Cr approximately at the box office north.
Showing the growth in the multiplex chains on Saturday, It collected Rs 43.82 Cr in two days(Saturday & Sunday) from the Hindi belt.

Multi star starrer this film reportedly churned out Rs 47.50 Cr gross from the Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with most from the Nizam & Ceded area wherein it churned out Rs 20.60 crores share.

Talking about the BOC worldwide, RRR minted Rs 105.74 Cr share (Rs 152.50 Cr gross) in two days, with an overall worldwide collection of Rs 202.44 Cr(Rs 356Cr gross).
