Salute Release Date
Salute is ready to have a grand OTT release after several postponements. Male Lead actor and Mollywood heartthrob Dulquer Salman dropped the poster of his cop action thriller Salute with the caption “Aravind Karunakaran is on mission! #Salute releasing in theaters worldwide on January 14, 2022” but postponed later.
Malayalam film actor and producer Muhammad Kutty Panaparambil Ismail aka Mammootty also shared the poster of the film with the same caption.
Although it was being predicted that the film could have a post-theatrical digital release on the online streaming platform Netflix, the makers of the movie have not made it clear yet.
It will come to know in upcoming days whether the film is going to have an OTT release or not. After several postponements, this film is confirmed to Sony LIV release date ’18 March 2022′.

Dashing Malayalam Superstar Dulquer Salmaan is playing the role of Sub-Inspector Aravind Karunakaran. Bollywood actor Diana Penty will be seen in the female lead role and it will be her debut Malayalam film.
Lakshmi Gopalaswamy, Manoj K. Jayan and Saniya Iyappan are playing pivotal roles in the film. Malayalam film “How Old Are You?” director Rosshan Andrrews directed the film.
The story of this police action-thriller is written by Bobby-Sanjay. The movie is being filmed by Dulquer Salmaan’s own production company Wayfarer Films.
Cinematography and editing of the film are done by Aslam K. Purayil and A. Sreekar Prasad respectively.
