Gopinath Reddy’s directorial Sammathame is an upcoming Telugu romantic movie, set to be released this year. The film has created much hype and fans just can’t wait to witness it on the screen.
It is produced by Kankanala Praveena under UG Productions while Sai Prasad aka Vicky has served as the executive producer in the film.
If we talk about technical work, the cinematography is handled by Sateesh Reddy Masam while Viplav Nyshadam is the editor of the movie.
The film has music by notable music composer Shekar Chandra, who has given music in many films such as Savaari, 118, Subrahmanyapuram, Howrah Bridge, Oye Ninne, etc.
Sammathame Star Cast
This musical entertainer stars young and emerging actors Kiran Abbavaram in the lead role, who made his debut in 2019 with Ravi Kiran Kola’s directorial romantic drama film “Raja Vaaru Raani Gaaru”, alongside Rahasya Gorak. The film was a decent hit.
The actor also featured in another romantic drama “SP Kalyanamandapam” and Balaji Sayyapureddy’s action drama film “Sebastian P.C. 524”, which was released on March 4, 2022, and opened to a mixed response.
Actress Chandini Chowdary, who made her acting debut with 2012’s “Life Is Beautiful”, is playing the female lead in the film. She has also appeared in movies such as Prema Ishq Kaadhal, Kundanapu Bomma, Howrah Bridge, Colour Photo.
Chowdary’s recent last release is Praveen Varma’s crime thriller film Super over which had its direct OTT premiere on Aha on 22nd January 2021.
Sammathame First Glimpse Video
On October 21 last year, the makers of the movie released a nearly one-minute long first glimpse video clip on the Youtube channel of Aditya Music.
It features the lead actors as two contrasting personalities, who use song lyrics to make conversations and understand each other better.
The teaser also shows the lead stars making conversations using beautiful romantic and melodious songs, which gives a whole new experience to fans, who are eagerly waiting for this movie to come out soon.
Sammathame Release Date
Although the makers of the movie have not announced the official release date of the movie, it is expected to be released in mid-2022.
Earlier, on November 29, 2021, the first single of the film titled “Krishna and Sathyabhama” was released, which has more than 4 million views on Youtube. It is sung by Yazin Nizar and Sireesha Bhagavatula.

The second single titled “Bullet la” will be released on March 16. The lead actors of the film also shared the news with their fans, sharing a cool poster:
