Sr. NTR’s youngest daughter Uma Maheshwari passed away today. Uma Maheshwari was found dead in her house in Hyderabad and according to sources she was suffering from some disease. The entire NTR family is in shock by the news and is mourning Uma Maheshwari’s death.
Sr. NTR had eight sons and four daughters and Purandareswari, Lokeswari, and Bhuvaneshwari are the others and Uma Maheshwari was the youngest among all the 12 children and she was the last child of Sr.NTR.
Uma Maheshwari’s Husband
Uma Maheshwari used to live a private life and she has rarely made any media appearances. Uma was married to a businessman Narendra Rajan but later they got divorced because he used to abuse and torture her. And later she was married to K. Sreenevasa Prasad who was from the USA.
Uma Maheshwari, who has been suffering from illness for some time, got her younger daughter married recently. Chandrababu and Daggubati Venkateswara Rao, who have been separated for 25 years due to political differences, met at this engagement ceremony in Hyderabad last year and became a part of the function by keeping aside all political differences.
Former Union Minister and BJP leader Daggubati Purandeswari and TDP President and former chief minister N. Chandrababu Naidu’s wife Nara Bhuwaneswari are well-known sisters of Uma Maheshwari.
Cause of Death
Reportedly, Uma Maheshwari was facing some mental health issues and was undergoing treatment for the last few months. On Monday, she was found hanging to the ceiling fan in her bedroom. And immediately the Jubilee Hills police arrived and shifted the body for autopsy while a case was registered.
Police suspect that she took her own life because she was suffering from some mental Health issues and depression.
