Veyil Release Date
Earlier the film was scheduled to release on 28 Jan 2022 but owing to a surge in the cases of omicron variant of covid-19, makers had put off the release then. Later they announced that Veyil would be hitting the theatres on 25 February 2022. And now OTT release date has been finalized ’15 April 2022′.

Veyil features the budding star of Malayalam cinema Shane Nigam in the protagonist role as Siddharth aka Sid along with him other actors Shine Tom Chacko (Jomy Mathew), Sreerekhaa (Radhaa), Sona Olickal (Sruthy), James Elia (Baby Mathew), Merin Jose Pottackal (Merin), Saed Imran (Karthik aka Karthi), Anandhu PM (Chimban), Bitto Davis (Famous Francis) and Sudhi Koppa in pivotal roles.

Veyil which translates as sunlight in Malayalam is written and directed by Sarath. Makers had unveiled the trailer of this long-awaited film in Aug 2020, which was well received by the Mollywood movie-buffs.
The feel-good trailer is close to 2 minutes and showcased the protagonist’s love, romance, friendship, heartbreak, and bond with his mother. Viewers can be seen praising the performance of the main lead & the music is also getting a lot of praise.

Veyil is financed by Joby George under the banner Goodwill Entertainments on the technical front Shaz Mohammed has lensed the camera and Praveen Prabhakar is onboard for the editing, and the film has the music by Pradeep Kumar, who is getting a lot of praise in the trailer.
The Hey Song of the film Veyil is being praised, which lyrics penned by Vinayak Sasikumar and sung by Aasha Sriram, length is 3 minutes 34 seconds. Other songs were penned by Anwar Ali.
