After wreaking havoc in theatres, sandalwood’s mass entertainer “Vikrant Rona” is gearing to release on digital platforms. The film stars an ensemble star cast with Kiccha Sudeep in the main lead role, along with the Makkhi actor, it has Nirup Bhandari, Neetha Ashok, Jacqueline Fernandez and Ravishankar Gowda playing key roles.
Vikrant Rona OTT Debut
The film had its world digital premiere on the occasion of Kiccha Sudeep’s birthday, on 2 Sept 2022 on Zee 5 in the Kannada language. Zee5 on Friday (Aug 26) dropped the never seen before exclusive trailer cut of the same on its Youtube platform to make the announcement of Vikrant Rona’s OTT debut.
Hindi OTT Release?
Disney+Hostar has acquired the digital rights of Vikrant Rona in all languages barring Kannada. The Telugu and Hindi versions started streaming from Sept 16. The other language version will be released at a later time on the Disney+Hotstar.

Box Office Hindi
Vikrant Rona has completed its run in theatres, the film was opened with mixed reviews and had taken a stupendous start at the box office. In its entire theatrical run, it has grossed Rs 200 Cr+ worldwide, as claimed by its makers.
Talking about the Box Office Hindi, as per the trade reports, it was opened with a slow note in Hindi and had taken a start of only Rs 1.11 Cr. Vikrant Rona managed to accumulate in the vicinity of Rs 12 crores in its entire theatrical run, in the Hindi belt. The poor performance of the film in Hindi is said to be because of no promotions and marketing.
