Samantha starring Yashoda is doing very well at the box office, worldwide. As per the reports, the film now needs only 9 Cr to become a clean hit at the box office. It is directed by Hari-Harish and backed by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under Sridevi Movies.
Earlier, we informed you that, the film has already done a 50-crore pre-release business which includes satellite rights, digital rights and theatrical rights. Now, The break-even target of the film has been valued at 12 Cr worldwide.

Yashoda Advance Bookings Day 2
It has crossed the $200K mark at the box office U.S which consists of $65K from the premieres and $135K on day 1. Yashoda is expected to go past $500K in its first weekend at the BO U.S which is a very good feat for a women-centric film.
It is doing very well in the home market as well. It has earned 1.54 crores from the pre-ticket sales for Saturday. It sold over 85000 tickets from the advance ticket bookings on Saturday.
Needs 9 Cr to Break Even
As per the Telugu box office tracker, T2BLive, Yashoda minted 3.01 shares on its first day at the box office worldwide which is a 5.40 Cr gross. It is a very good start for a small film that features an actress as the main lead.
It now needs to recover around 9 Cr shares more to complete the breakeven and going by the trends, it has a very good chance to break even on the weekend itself. Only it needs to stay stable over Sat and Sun.

As per the early trade estimations, Yashoda accumulated in the range of 3.5 to 3.75 Cr on Sat to take the total domestic collections in the vicinity of 7 Cr nett, domestically. Going by this, it will easily cross the 10 Cr mark on Sun as the word of mouth for the film is good. With this, we can say all the big Friday releases have done very well on Friday.
