BITSAT Exam Dates 2024
BITS conducts the BITSAT exam twice a year. Interested candidates may appear either in session 1, session 2, or both. The BITSAT 2024 registration will take place in January and May 2024.

BITSAT Exam 2024 Eligibility
BITS has set certain criteria for the BITSAT Exam. Students must have completed their 12th grade at a recognized board. In addition, a student must possess a minimum aggregate of 75% marks.
In addition, a student must also have 60% marks in PCM or PCB (all three subjects) for registration in the BITS B.Tech. course.

BITSAT 2024 Application Form
Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, will release the BITSAT 2024 Application form online. The BITSAT form for Session 1 will be available in early January 2024 and Session 2 in mid-May 2024.

- Browse BITSAT’s official website, bitsadmission.com.
- Click on the ‘New Registration’ link for BITSAT registration.
- Now enter your basic details, like your email address, mobile number, name, gender, date of birth, etc.
- Click on the ‘Submit’ button, and you will receive the login ID and password for BITSAT 2024 on your registered mobile number and email ID.
- In the next step, fill in all other personal and academic details.
- Here you have to also enter your 12th-grade marks, year of passing, 3 test city preferences, etc.
- Now you have to upload your scanned photograph and signature in the prescribed format and size.
- After submitting all your information and documents, pay the application fees.

BITSAT 2024 Application Fees
The BITSAT Exam 2024 application fee is a non-refundable and non-transferable amount. Students must pay the application fee online using a debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI.
Students who appear once, i.e., only in session I, will pay a fee of INR 3400 (for a male) and INR 2900 (for a female).
Students who want to appear for the exam again, i.e., the second time, will apply for BITSAT session II. In such a case, they have to pay a sum of INR 2000 (for a male) and INR 1500 (for a female).

BITSAT 2024 Slot Booking
After the registration, the slot booking will open in the second week of May 2024 for session I, while for session II, the authorities will open the slot booking in the second week of June 2024 via online mode.
Registered candidates will be able to select their date and time through the slot booking. The link for BITSAT 2024 slot booking will be released on the official website of BITS.
BITSAT Exam 2024 Admit Card
BITS releases the final list of test centres, after which a student can book the date and slot for the exam as per their choice. A student will be able to download the BITSAT admit card for 2024 after slot booking.
An admit card is mandatory to bring along on the day of the exam. Details related to the exam, like the day, date, test centre, timings, candidate’s name, etc., are present on the admit card. The steps to download the BITSAT hall ticket are as follows:
- Go to the official website of BITSAT.
- Click on the ‘BITSAT 2024 Admit Card’ icon.
- Now log in using your credentials, i.e., user ID and password.
- Your admit card will appear on the screen.
- Check all the information present in it for any discrepancies.
- Now download and print the BITSAT admit card and bring it along on the day of the examination.
BITSAT 2024 Exam Pattern
The BITSAT Exam 2024 is a 3-hour computer-based paper and consists of 130 objective types (multiple-choice questions). These questions are divided into four parts. Part I: Physics; Part II: Chemistry; Part III: (a) English Proficiency and (b) Logical Reasoning; and Part IV: Mathematics and Biology.
Each correct answer gets 3 marks, while each incorrect answer has a negative marking of 1 mark. BITSAT question paper also contains 12 extra questions. Only students who answer all 130 questions will have the opportunity to attempt these questions to achieve a higher score.

BITSAT Exam Syllabus 2024
The BITSAT syllabus comprises six subjects, mainly Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Math, English, and Logical Reasoning. The BITSAT Exam 2024 is based on the topics studied by students in classes 11 and 12. A student can refer to the NCERT books to prepare for the topics.

BITSAT Exam 2024 Result
BITS releases the BITSAT score or result of the students immediately after the completion of the test. The results of the students’ tests will appear on their computer screens. It consists of details like the number of total correct answers and wrong answers and the total score.
The students will enter the scores in the test window and log out of the test. Although a student can check his or her scorecard at the BITS admission website the day after the exam, If necessary, students can also take a printout of the scorecard for any further usage.
