ICT Mumbai: The Institute of Chemical Technology, or ICT, was established in 1933 and is now functioning as the only state-funded deemed university in Mumbai. Earlier, it was a University Department of Chemical Technology (UDCT) of the University of Bombay (now Mumbai), which worked on becoming an autonomous body and was named the Institute of Chemical Technology (ICT) in 2008.

ICT Mumbai Infrastructure
The Institute of Chemical Technology, has two more campuses in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, and Jalan, Maharashtra. The main campus is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, and covers an area of 16 acres. The university is at a walking distance from the Matunga Railway Station (E) and Wadala Railway Station, respectively.
