IIT Hyderabad Admission 2023
IITH admits students for B.Tech. and B.Des. at the undergraduate level and for M.Tech., M.Sc., MA, and M.Des. at the postgraduate level. Admission to undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programmes is based on different processes. A student needs to qualify for a national-level exam for admission to some courses. Cut-off
The cutoff for B.Tech courses in IITH is announced by JoSAA. The students should hold an All India Rank (AIR) in JEE Advanced. IITH releases the cutoff for all other courses, including MA. The cutoff is determined on the basis of the number of students appearing for the exam, the number of seats, the difficulty level of the exam, etc.

How to Apply for IIT Hyderabad 2023 ?
IITH grants admission to B.Tech courses on the basis of JEE Advanced and JOSAA counselling. Candidates should refer below to understand the process of admission to IITH through JOSAA:
- The first step is to register and qualify the JEE Mains examination with the rank or marks required for JEE Advanced.
- If you are eligible, fill out the application form for JEE Advanced by logging in using your JEE Mains application number and password.
- IITH will only consider the rank or marks of JEE Advanced; therefore, you have to achieve the All India Rank (AIR) in the exam.
- The next round is JOSAA counselling for seat allotment in the IITs according to rank.
- You are required to enter your JEE Main application number and Main/Advanced password for JOSAA registration.
- Check all the details, update your password, and fill in IIT Hyderabad as your preferred college.
- Participate in the Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) counselling session.
- If you make it to the list for IITH, you will be admitted to the course of your choice.
- You will then be allotted a seat after the completion of document verification and the payment of the admission fee.

The institute provides scholarship plans as an aid for worthy students. The scholarship is granted to students who meet the criteria set by the institute. The scholarships are broadly divided into two parts:
Institute Scholarship | 1.Merit-by-Means basis: Awarded to 25% of students in the general, EWS, or OBC categories with a family income less than INR 4.5 LPA.
