Disney+Hotstar is one of the leading OTT platforms of India, always comes up with some unique content to keep its viewers engaged. It has gained a lot of popularity in just a few years.
It carries content including films, television series, live sports and original programming as well as features content licensed from third parties such as HBO and Showtime among others.
Amid the significant growth of mobile broadband in India, it quickly became the dominant streaming service in the country. In fact, not only in India, its services also operate in Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand.
Disney+Hotstar has delivered many original shows such as Criminal Justice, Special OPS, The Great Indian Murder, 9 Hours, Aarya etc. Now, the platform has announced another Hotstar Special titled Aar Ya Paar, set to release soon.
Aar Ya Paar Star Cast
The film stars actor-writer Aditya Rawal in the lead role. He played the lead role in Hindi feature film titled Bamfaad, which was released in 2019. Apart from that, he also directed and produced a documentary titled Drama-in-Education: Taking Gandhi Out of the Textbook.
It also stars actress Patralekha Paul of “CityLights” as the female lead with versatile Bengali actor Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Shilpa Shukla of “B.A. Pass” fame and actor Aasif Sheikh, known for his role as Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in &TV’s popular show Bhabhi Ji Ghar Par Hai!!, in the prominent roles.
Aar Ya Paar Teaser
On Thursday, September 8, 2022, the makers announced this Hotstar original series via a teaser. The 40-second long teaser portrays the lead character, who probably belongs to a tribal community as the saviour of his people who fights for indigenous cultures threatened by the external forces.

Aar Ya Paar OTT Release Date
The makers of the show haven’t revealed the release date yet. However, it is expected to be released in October 2022 on Disney+Hotstar. The official announcement is yet to be made.
