Fardeen who had stayed away from films for a quite long time now again came in limelight for looking fit. Fardeen shared that he lost 18 kg in six months. Fardeen in an interview with Times of India revealed that he was 98 kg and a nutritional book inspired him. He also said that he gave up on smoking and alcoholic drinks and exercised regularly to get back in shape.

Zareen Khan, an actress also known as Zarine Khan, is best known for her part in the 2010 Hindi film Hate Story 3: Veer. She also frequently appears in Tamil and Telugu films.

During the lockdown, Shehnaaz Kaur Gill of Bigg Boss 13 fame shed 12 kg in 6 months and credited her rigorous diet. The singer/model says that she eats little throughout the day. She claims that eating in moderation keeps her metabolism rate high, which is beneficial for weight loss.
The 2 States actor, Arjun Kapoor says it took him three years to shed 50 kg. Kapoor worked hard enough to get fit and look what he looks now, unlike other Bollywood stars who were always toned and large-framed.
He shared that he goes to the gym 5 days a week for an hour-long workout that consists of planks, skipping, pushups, weightlifting, and running on the treadmill. With exercise, he also takes a balanced diet.
