Gali Guleiyan Reviews
The film received critical acclaim at numerous international film festivals and amassed a lifetime box-office collection of Rs. 50 crore. The American digital and print magazine “The Hollywood Reporter” called it a poignantly told story with some nice twists.
The National Award-winning actor Manoj Bajpayee, who doesn’t need any introduction when it comes to acting, called the role he played “his Everest as an actor”. What strikes us the most about the film is the way it portrayed alarming psychological isolation and parent-child disconnect.
On-set pictures taken by the team during the shoot of Gali Guleiyan! This role was my Everest as an actor. I will soon share more about what transpired on sets & I may have a surprise for you tomorrow. #GaliGuleiyan #GaliGuleiyanOnPrime@primevideoin@bigfishcinemas1 pic.twitter.com/x6b2Z8Kelw
