Hindutva is an upcoming film which is directed and filmmaker by veteran actor, writer and director Karan Razdan, who is best known for his role in popular TV serials of the 80s titled Rajani. Apart from that, he also directed it.
He also directed several films such as Mittal v/s Mittal, Souten: The Other Women, Umar, Girlfriend, etc as well as written movies like Dilwale, Trimurti, Dushmani, Diljale etc.
Hindutva Star Cast
The film stars Aashiesh Sharma in the lead role. He is best known for portraying the roles of Prithvi Vallabh in Sony TV’s historic TV series Prithvi Vallabh- Itihaas Bhi, Rahasya Bhi, Lord Ram in Star Plus’ Siya Ke Ram, Chandragupta Maurya in Dangal TV’s show of the same name.

Along with him, the film also stars Sonarika Bhadoria who is best known for playing Goddess Parvati/Adi Shakti in Devon Ke Dev… Mahadev and many others. The film marks her collaboration with Ashiesh after Prithivi Vallabh- Itihaas Bhi, Rahasya Bhi.
The film also stars Ankit Raj, Bhajan maestro Anup Jalota, Govind Namdev and Dipika Chikhalia, known for her iconic role of Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s epic television series Ramayan, which used to telecast on DD National.
Hindutva First Poster & Release Date
On Tuesday, August 23, 2022, the makers of the film revealed the first poster of the film along with its release date. The film is set to be released theatrically nationwide on October 7, 2022. The motion poster shows Ashiesh is seen donning dhoti and blowing the conch. In the background also see a Bhagwa (religious) flag, trailer is also out now on 22 Sep.

About the Film
The film is being produced by Jaikara Films and Pragun Bharat and has mostly been shot in Uttarakhand. As per the team, they shot a 40 days schedule in Rishikesh. Even before its release , the film faces controversy due to its title.
However, the film’s maker Karan Razdan said that there is nothing controversial about the film’s title. According to him, the film is all about love, sacrifice and friendship and also has a social message that people will connect with.
