1- Inshallah, Football

Director: Ashvin Kumar
Producer: Javed Jaffrey
The film tells the story of a young aspiring footballer from Kashmir, whose father was a militant from the Hizbul Mujahidin group. Director Ashvin Kumar has shown the hurdles faced by Basharat Baba aka Basha for achieving his goals in the movie.
The movie didn’t get the censor certificate by which the film didn’t have the rights to show it in theatres. This movie is available on YouTube premium.
2- Water

It is the third series after “Fire” which was released in 1996 and “Earth” in 1998 of Deepa Mehta’s Elements trilogy. There is a movie and a book that is written, inspired by this film, “The Forgotten Woman” by Dilip Mehta and “Water: A Novel” by Bapsi Sidhwa respectively.

The movie revolves around two character’s one is a Muslim fundamentalist in New York and the other is a Lesbian in New Delhi. The story is a struggle of identities against subjection. Director Raj Amit Kumar also co-wrote the story of the film.
The film was refused certification by the censor board, They have suggested cuts to the director which the director refused, hence the movie never got released in theatres. It is available on the streaming platform Netflix.
4- Black Friday

The film was banned by the Bombay high court after the petition filed by Mustaq Moosa Tarani, one of the accused of bomb blasts. It is available on Hotstar.
5- Kissa Kursi ka
