Mika Singh is looking for his better half through his show ‘Mikka di Vohti’ and his old friend Akanksha Puri has entered the show on 10th July.
In the official promo we can see Shaan introducing Akanksha in the show and to Mika as he says ‘ she is your old friend and you know her for almost 10 years now’.
In the promo we can see Aakansha wearing a red lehenga entering the stage and her entry left everybody in shock and Akansha made an entry with a dialouge “King ki queen toh ek he hogi. So here I am.”
Akanksha Puri Career and Baground
Akansha is a 33 year old actress and before starting her acting career she was an Air Hostess and in the year 2015 she made her bollywood debut with Madhur Bhandharkar’s movie ‘Calendar Girls’ but the film did not receive any recognition from the box office.
Akansha has been a part of many other films like Tihar, Praise the lord, Amrajyam II: Son of Alexander, etc. Apart from doing films she has also been a part of several music videos such as Main jis din bhula doon, Hare Krishna Hare, Dangerous, etc.
Akansha puri was also a part of the popular television series Vighnaharta Ganesha in which she played the role of Goddess Parvati and she does receive much recognition for this role.

Contestants in the show are from different parts of the country and they are giving tough fights to each other and with the entry of Aakansha Puri, Fans are overjoyed and excited.
Even last year the rumors came out that Akansha Puri and Mika Singh are getting married but they were just rumors. But now as she is the part of the show people are believing that she could be the one.

In an Interview Akansha revealed that she has known Mika for more than a decade now and about other contestants she said, “I can tell the girls are extremely talented and energetic. The girls have also received praise from Mika Singh. I wish the girls all the best for the show.”
