Elvish Yadav, the winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2, was caught on camera slapping a man at a Jaipur restaurant. The video has rapidly spread across social media, depicting Elvish engaged in a heated altercation with other diners.
In the footage, Elvish Yadav slapped the man and abruptly left the premises. When the man retaliated, a scuffle ensued, only to be halted by Elvish’s companions to prevent further escalation.
Although details about the man targeted by Elvish remain unrevealed. Reports suggest that he had been verbally abusing Elvish and his parents prior to the altercation, prompting Elvish’s reaction.
Elvish Yadav Released a Statement
Following the incident, an audio recording featuring Elvish surfaced, in which he stated, “The matter is, neither am I interested in fighting, nor am I interested in raising my hand. I am working for my good. I live normally, and whoever asks to take a photo, we take a photo with ease. But, if anyone passes a comment from the previous page and abuses the mother or sister, he should not be forgiven.”
In the aftermath, various individuals have come forward either supporting or criticizing Elvish Yadav’s actions, arguing about the appropriateness of his response. Elvish defended his actions by stating, “There were police and commandos with us. It is not that we’ve done anything wrong. This was personal. He took a personal dig at me, and I went and slapped him. I don’t have any regrets. I am like this only. He hurled abuses and I reacted in my style.”
This incident isn’t the first time Elvish Yadav has found himself embroiled in controversy. Last year, he was implicated in a case involving the alleged use of poisonous snakes at a party, although he later refuted all such accusations.
