PAN India superstar Prabhas has reportedly made a huge change to his name. On the occasion of Makar Sankaranti, the poster for Prabhas’s next movie with director Maruthi was unveiled, and the poster revealed that the movie will be titled Raja Saab.
Apart from that, Prabhas fans have noticed that the spelling of Prabhas’s name is not the same. Now some people are speculating if the Salaar actor has changed the spelling of his name. In the poster for Raja Saab, Prabhas looks very jovial, and it tells us that the movie is definitely going to be very lively.
The movie Raja Saab will feature Prabhas, Malavika Mohanan, Niddhi Agerwal, and Riddhi Kumar in the pivotal roles. Raja Saab is the first collaboration between Maruthi Dasari and Prabhas, and soon the movie will be released in theaters in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
Has Prabhas changed his name?
While Prabhas remains the focal point of attention, what caught fans’s notice was the alteration in the spelling of his name. The actor’s name is depicted as ‘Prabass’ on the poster, deviating from his conventional ‘Prabhas’ spelling.
The motive behind this spelling change remains uncertain; it is unclear whether it is an inadvertent error or if Prabhas has delved into numerology, opting to modify his name. Altering names in accordance with numerology is a prevalent practice in the entertainment industry, believed to usher in good luck and success with such modifications.
In the movie there are speculations that Prabhas might portray double role. Director Maruthi Dasari shed light on the film in October last year, stating, “Fans are inundating me with various suggestions about the film. Prabhas is determined to deliver a substantial hit for them. I can only assure them that everything is progressing in the right direction,” he affirmed at that time.
Prabhas was last seen in ‘Salaar: Part 1: Ceasefire,’ directed by Prashanth Neel. Currently, he is engaged in filming for ‘Kalki 2898 AD,’ a high-budget sci-fi venture helmed by director Nag Ashwin featuring Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan, and Kamal Haasan in pivotal roles.
