No Vijay Sethupathi in Jawan 2
Jawan was co-written by Atlee, and he is in charge of the sequencing as well. Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi, who are the two big stars of the South Indian film industry, made their grand debut with Jawan.
Vijay Sethupathi played a crucial role in Jawan and received all the appreciation for his performance in the movie. But there’s bad news for all Vijay Sethupathi fans: as per a report by Koimoi, Vijay Sethupathi might not be a part of Jawan 2.
However, the makers of Jawan 2 or even Vijay Sethupathi have not confirmed or denied this rumor. Only time will tell whether Sethupathi will be part of Jawan 2 or not.
Shah Rukh Khan on Jawan Sequal
Not the makers, but the King Khan of Bollywood himself, has reacted to the news of Sequal. When a fan asked SRK on Twitter (X), @iamsrk Jawan 2 kab aayega? Or when will Jawan 2 release? He jokingly answered the fan, “Pehle yeh waali toh dekh lo…bachche ki jaan loge kya?”
This statement is indeed enough to confirm that there will be a Jawan sequel, but any updates regarding the release date are still not known. According to the information available, the makers of Jawan have asked the writers to speed up the process, so maybe by the end of 2025, we can expect Jawan 2.
