ICC World Cup 2023 Teams & Groups

A total of 32 teams are divided into 3 leagues that are Super League which includes 13 teams, Super League which includes 7 teams, and Challenge League which includes 12 teams. Based on performances in these leagues teams qualify for the ICC World Cup.
10 qualifying teams will compete, and around 48 total matches will be played in the 13th edition of the ICC Men’s World Cup 2023. The tournament will follow a similar format to the 2019 edition in England and Wales, with a round-robin stage followed by the knockouts.

This edition of the ICC World Cup will be a 50-over One Day International with three phases 1-10 over, 11-40, and 41-50 overs and the fielding team will have different restrictions in each phase.
1-10 overs- Maximum 2 fielders outside 30 yards circle.
11-40 overs- Maximum 4 fielders outside 30 yards circle.
31-50 overs- Maximum 5 fielders outside 30 yards circle.
