The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) has announced the mop-up round dates for BHU UG and PG 2022 admissions. All the candidates who earlier registered but weren’t able to fill out the preference entry for any reason can also participate in the BHU mop-up round.
The mop-up round for BHU UG 2022 admissions will start on November 15 and conclude on November 26, 2022. The mop-up round for BHU PG 2022 will be conducted on November 22 and 23, 2022. The Banaras Hindu University will close the UG admissions on the basis of the cut-off date of November 14.

A Banaras Hindu University (BHU) official made a statement, “Admission opportunity for candidates who have registered themselves but could not fill preference entry. Such candidates may secure UG/PG admission in mop-up or spot round on merit basis, subject to availability of seats and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.”

The VC-BHU took to Twitter and shared, “The University Admission Coordination Committee of Banaras Hindu University has accepted the request of the students and given them one more chance of admission.” All such students who have registered but have not filled out their preferences will be admitted on a merit basis in a mop-up or spot-round, depending on the availability of vacant seats.
