NEET PG 2022: The MCC has issued a notice to candidates who wish to change their nationality from Indian to NRI during the NEET PG 2022 Mop-up Round counselling. Candidates who want to change their nationality can do so by sending an e-mail to the authorities.
The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) has issued a notice for the candidates who want to change their nationality from Indian to non-resident Indian (NRI) in the NEET PG 2022 counselling mop-up round. Such candidates need to mail the authorities regarding the same at [email protected] till October 29, 2022.
According to the official notice, candidates need to send their related documents in order to support their claim to change the nationality from Indian to NRI through email. Candidates can start mailing the authorities from 5 PM on October 27, 2022 (Thursday) till 10 AM on October 29, 2022 (Saturday).
Documents Required for Nationality Change:
All the candidates who want to change their nationality from Indian to NRI will need the below-mentioned documents to support their argument.
- Documents claiming that the sponsor is an NRI (passport, Visa of the sponsor)
- The relationship of an NRI with the candidate as per the Supreme Court orders
- The duly notarized affidavit from the sponsorer that he/she will sponsor the entire course fee of the candidate and the relationship between the sponsorer and the candidate is in accordance with the court order.
- Embassy Certificate of the Sponsor (Certificate from the Consulate)
- The candidate’s NEET scorecard
- Tehsildar of the family tree notarized
The notice also stated that “Mails received before or after the stipulated time will not be considered. Candidates are advised to send all documents enclosed in single mail only, within the stipulated time. “
NEET PG 2022 Mop-Up Round Counselling
MCC will start the mop-up round registration process on October 31. The choice filling window for the NEET PG 2022 mop up round will open on November 1. Candidates can register until November 4 and fill out their preferences for the NEET PG 2022 counselling mop round until November 5.
