NEET UG 2022: NMC has issued the academic calendar for various MBBS programme. Candidates can access the academic calendar through the official website.
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has issued the academic calendar for the Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) programme for the batch 2022-23. According to the 2022-23 academic calendar, the classes for MBBS first year will begin from November 15, 2022. The students of first year MBBS students will be taught subjects like Anatomy, Physiology, and Biochemistry in the first year of the course.
The classes for MBBS second year students will commence from December 16, 2023 till January 15, 2025. The classes for MBBS third year (Part 1) students will begin from January 16, 2025 to November 30, 2025. According to the schedule, the classes for MBBS 4th Year (Part 2) will start from December 2023 till May 2027.

NMC guidelines for MBBS colleges
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has also released various directives for medical institutions and universities. It has directed the universities to hold additional tests with a gap of one month from the normal exams, and results are to be declared within 15 days.
There won’t be any additional batches, and the village outreach effort for the Yoga family adoption will continue for the 2021–22 batch.
On the MCC website, the registration period for the NEET UG 2022 counselling began on October 11. The deadline to register for the seat allocation is October 17. The counselling committee will make the seat distribution decision public on October 21, 2022. Following the release of the seat allocation results, candidates must report to the selected institutes from October 22 through October 28, 2022.
