Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has been named at an illegal rave party. The Gautam Buddha Nagar Police arrested five people in connection with a rave party that is said to have been organized by Elvish Yadav at a banquet hall in Sector 51 in Noida.
According to the police report, prohibited snake venom was being used by the people present at the party. Police claimed that they’ve rescued nine snakes from the location, and further investigation is underway.
Gaurav Gupta, who is an animal welfare officer of the PFA, has filed an FIR against Elvish Yadav and others. The FIR read We had received information that a YouTuber named Elvish Yadav shoots videos with snake venom and live snakes in farmhouses in Noida and NCR, along with other gang members and YouTubers, and organizes rave parties illegally. On such occasions, foreign girls are regularly called, and snake venom and intoxicants are consumed.”
Now YouTuber Elvish Yadav has released a video on Twitter (X). In the video, he stated that he was not involved in this incident and was ready to cooperate with the police.
What is a Rave Party?
Rave Parties are planned underground gatherings with dance and electronic music. The term “wild bohemian parties” was used to describe rave events in London, United Kingdom, in the 1950s.
Drugs like cocaine, MDMA, MD, LSD, GHB, cannabis, hashish, ketamine, amphetamine, and methamphetamine are now commonly associated with rave parties. Rave Parties are events that go for many hours, sometimes even all night or all day. Ravers may have to pay outrageous admission fees at rave parties.
Is the Rave Party Legal in India?
Rave parties are not essentially illegal in India, but activities that happen in these parties make them legal or illegal. Partying late at night is not illegal, but the consumption of prohibited drugs and doing unlawful activities is.
