Nishikant Dubey who is a senior leader of the Bhartiya Janata Party claimed that Trinamool Congress MP Mahua Moitra, took bribes to ask questions. As per Dubey, Moitra took bribes from businessman Darshan Hiranandani to target the Adani group and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
In response to this, Mahua Moitra said she welcomes any kind of inquiry. Now the Hiranandani group has submitted an affidavit to the Ethics Committee of Lok Sabha, in which they mentioned that Mahua Moitra gave Darshan Hiranandani her Lok Sabha user ID and password.
The affidavit also mentioned that Mahua Moitra wanted to target Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Also, it stated that she thought the best way to target Mr. Modi was to target Gautam Adani, as they both are contemporaries and both belong to Gujarat.
