YouTube has removed a channel named String from the platform. Vinodh Kumar, who handles the channel String, revealed on their Twitter (X) handle that YouTube has deleted their channel without any prior notifications, strikes, or clear indications of policy violations.
YouTube defended this harsh step, according to the String team, by stating that the channel was removed as a result of serious or persistent violations of their Community Guidelines. The String team shared a screenshot of a message in which YouTube acknowledged its need to take such actions to “protect other users” on the network.
Now the followers of Vinodh Kumar are demanding to bring back his channel, String. Several notable people are supporting the YouTuber, and hashtags like #BringBackStringChannel and #IStandWithVinod are trending on Twitter (X).
Why did YouTube Remove His String Channel?
The Sting channel is known for making pro-BJP content, and several times the channel has been accused of spreading misinformation and hatred against other political parties, communities, and religions. This is not the first time this channel has violated community guidelines; they’ve done it multiple times in the past.
The policy of YouTube underlines that any attempts to circumvent a strike restriction or prior termination may result in the termination of any current YouTube channels, any new channels, or any channels where such violations are regularly or prominently promoted. Who is Vinodh Kumar?

Vinodh Kumar is the founder of YouTube Channel String. As per available information, he is a graduate of the National Institute of Technology, Warangal, from which he did his metallurgical engineering. Later in the year 2015, he started working with the Isha Foundation, where he worked as an editor until 2018.
Vinodh Kumar founded String in 2021. Before YouTube removed it, the channel had 1.4 million subscribers, and Vinodh collaborated with various famous personalities, like the director of The Kashmir Files, Vivek Agnihotri.
