Sana Khan, the head of the BJP’s minority branch in Maharashtra, had traveled to Jabalpur to meet with her husband Amit, also known as Pappu Sahu.
Sana and Pappu had disagreements regarding money transactions. Brother Mohsin Khan of missing BJP leader Sana Khan claims, “My didi was killed and her body was thrown in Hiran or Narmada Dam.”
What Does the Brother Claim?
The investigators made little progress, according to the authorities, there had been some strange activity near the crime scene. According to Mohsin Khan, missing Sana Khan’s brother, it appears that the accused killed my sister and then dumped her body in the River Hiran or Narmada Dam.
Sana Khan, the leader of the BJP’s minority wing in Maharashtra, had been absent for a week when her husband, according to Jabalpur Police, killed her. In a coordinated operation, the Jabalpur and Nagpur Police detained Amit, also known as Pappu Sahu, the key suspect.
Sana left Nagpur to meet Amit in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, and was scheduled to return home in two days, but she never did.
BJP Leader Murder Mystery
Sana and Amit were married a few months back. To meet Amit, Sana traveled from Nagpur to Jabalpur. After the meeting, Sana and Amit engaged in a heated argument. Amit hit Sana in the head with the stick, and she passed away. Sana Khan traveled from Nagpur to Jabalpur on August 2 before disappearing.
Despite the efforts of her family members who traveled to Jabalpur to search for her, her exact location remained a mystery. Amit aka Pappu operated a roadside restaurant close to Jabalpur and was involved in smuggling alcohol.
The persistence was conflicted between Sana and Pappu centers on financial dealings. Amit confessed to killing Sana Khan while under questioning. Sana was allegedly killed by the accused after she was beaten in his house. After that, he dumped her body in the Hiran River, which is around 45 miles from Jabalpur.
As a result of this data, the police were now thoroughly inspecting the crime site with the detained suspect.
Another person engaged in this case has also been identified by the authorities, who are aggressively looking for them. The offender has been detained, and the police are currently interviewing him.
Due to suspicions of foul play, the Jabalpur and Nagpur police worked together to initiate an inquiry.
Where is Accused Amit Sahu?
On Friday, Jabalpur’s Gorabazar area arrest of Amit Sahu took place with two others on suspicion of murdering Nagpur resident Sana Khan. After receiving a complaint of murder the police arrested Amit and took him in custody. Police filed FRI against him under Indian Penal Code (IPC) sections 364 and 506.
Amit told the authorities during questioning that she was his wife and that he killed her due to personal and financial problems. Accused Amit also showed the spot at which he dumped the body after murdering his wife. The victim’s body is currently being searched in the area and the places close by, according to police.
