IBPS Clerk Exam Pattern for Prelims

The preliminary exam is the first phase of the IBPS Clerk 2023 Selection Process, so the difficulty level of the exam is easy to moderate, which eventually increases the competition.

The IBPS Clerk exam pattern for prelims consists of three sections. There are a total of 100 questions. Each question consists of one mark. As per the marking scheme, there is a negative marking of 0.25 points. The duration of the exam is 1 hour.

The IBPS Clerk Exam pattern for mains consists of four sections. Candidates have 2 hours and 40 minutes to finish 190 questions for a total of 200 marks. The final section is based on the score of the IBPS Clerk Mains exam.

      IBPS Clerk preliminary test is of 100 Marks. English Language 30 marks, while the Reasoning Ability and Quantitative Aptitude portions each carry 35.
