Directed and written by R. Ravikumar, Ayalaan is an upcoming Tamil science-fiction comedy film. It marks the second directorial venture of the director after the 2015 film Indru Netru Naalai, which was also a sci-fi movie and featured Vishnu Vishal and Miya in lead roles.
It is backed by Kotapadi J. Rajesh under the banner of KJR Studios. The soundtracks and score of this highly anticipated film are composed by India’s Oscar-winning legendary musician A.R. Rahman.

- Actor Sivakarthikeyan is playing the male lead as Raghu in the film. He was last seen in Nelson Dilipkumar’s directorial action comedy film Doctor, which received a highly positive response from audiences as well as critics and grossed Rs. 100 Crore at worldwide Box-office. His much-awaited film Don is scheduled for theatrical release on May 13, 2022.

About the Technical work
On the technical front, Nirav Shah is serving as director of photography and Ruben is taking care of the editing of the film. The films also promised some stunning graphics. It is also reported that Advanced Computer Techniques CG has been used in the film which involves 800 to 1000 computer graphics fame. It seems the film could be a perfect visual treat for the audience.
About the film
Although not much has been revealed about the film so far, as per sources the sci-fi film follows an alien, who enters Earth by mistake from a different planet, it seeks help from the humans to go back to his planet but it doesn’t seem easy for him to get back so easily, things get harder when something goofy happens. Through how many ups and down the alien has to go, is what the film is all about. The subject looks, promising and it will be interesting to see how viewers will react after watching this.
Ayalaan Release Date
This sci-fi film was supposed to be released in December 2021 but didn’t go as per plan now its release is still awaited. We will update the information as soon as the makers announced its release date. The Rs. 100 crore film will be released in multiple languages.
The shooting of the film began on June 27, 2018, which was preceded by a launch event in Chennai. The shoot was affected multiple times due to the COVID-19 lockdown and finally, the makers announced its wrap-up on January 24, 2021.
The film’s motion poster was unveiled two years ago on Feb 3, 2o2o.
The film’s song titled Vera Level Sago has been released so far, which is sung by music maestro A.R. Rahman and the lyrics were penned by Vivek.
