Tamil actor Arun Vijay is all set to come to big screens after his last release Yaanai. Recently, his web web series Tamil Rockerz released on Sony LIV and received positive reviews.
Borrder is a spy thriller film, which is helmed by Arivazhagan Venkatachalam, it is Zhagan’s second film with actor Vijay, they are working after Kuttram 23 which was released in 2017 and a hit at the box office.
Budget & Release Date
The film is majorly shot in the parts of Tamilnadu, Delhi & U.P., is being said to be made up of around 45-50 crores.
It was first scheduled to release theatrically on November 19, 2021, postponed to get a suitable release date in December-January in Tamil language and then will be dubbed in Hindi & Telugu for all India releases.

The film will be about patriotism as it is a spy thriller, director Arivazhagan released the poster of the film on April 15, 2020, on his Twitter handle @dirarivazhagan, the poster featured Arun’s half-face with India’s half map touching Pakistan & Afghanistan boundary line inscribed onto it, so we can guess from it that the film will be revolved around in these location Delhi, Kashmir, Chennai, Afghanistan & Pakistan.

Star Cast of Borrder
It will be Arun’s 31st film, he will be playing Aravind Chandrashekhar who works in Defence intelligence agency. Regina Cassandra will play the role of Aparna, Stefy Patel as Arun’s wife, Bhagavathi Perumal will also feature in the movie.

Director Arivazhagan Venatachalam has also written the story of the film, Vijaya Raghavendra has bankrolled the film, it is made under the banner of All in Pictures production company, 11:11 Productions got the distribution rights of the film. Sabu Joseph & Sam CS are the editor and music producer respectively.
