Sandalwood superstar Kichcha Sudeep starrer K3 Kotikokkadu is the Telugu dubbed version of his superhit Kannada action thriller film Kotigobba 3, which was released in October 15, 2021 and was itself the sequel to the actor’s 2016 film Kotigobba 2, which also had a release in Telugu.
Kotigobba 3 grossed more than Rs. 60 Crore in Kannada and is considered to be one of the most successful projects of Kichcha Sudeep. Since its success in Kannada belt, the fans of the actors in Telugu speaking states were also waiting for the Telugu version of the film and it is finally happening as K3 Kotikokkadu is going to be released soon.
K3 Kotikokkadu Star Cast
The film has a big star cast and it features protagonist Kichcha Sudeep in double roles- Sathya and Shiva a.k.a. Ghost. Meanwhile, the actor is also awaiting the release date of his upcoming multilingual film Vikrant Rona.
The film also stars Madonna Sebastian and Shraddha Das in the female lead roles as Priya and Interpol officer Kangana, respectively with P. Ravi Shankar as Kishore, and Bollywood actor Aftab Shivdasani as Interpol officer Sharath in supporting roles.
Other than these stars, the film features Abhirami, Nawab Shah, Danish Akhtar Saifi, Doddanna, Om Prakash Rao, Tabla Nani, Shobaraj, Ravishankar Gowda, Ramesh Bhat, Kavitha, Rajesh Nataranga, Sangeetha, Baby Aadya, Rangayana Raghu, Tarak Ponnappa, Raj Deepak Shetty, Dinesh and many others.
K3 Kotikokkadu Makers
The mass masala entertainer is directed as well as written by Shivakarthik and the film’s Telugu dialogues are written by S. Rajesh Varma. It is produced by Shreyas Sriniwaas and Devendra D.K. under the banner of Shreyas Media’s Good Cinema Group while the original version of the film was produced by Soorappa Babu under Rambabu Productions.
On the technical front, Shekhar Chandra has served as the director of cinematography and editing is done by Praveen Antony, while multiple award -winning singer and composer Arjun Janya, who also composed the music in the Kannada version is back again to compose the music for the Telugu version.
K3 Kotikokkadu Release Date
The action thriller film k3 Kotikokkadu being presented by Spandana Pasam and Swethan Reddy, which was earlier scheduled to be released on Feb 4, 2022, has finally got its new release date. The film will hit theatres on June 17, 2022 and is expected to become a successful one in Telugu too, as Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja starrer Ramarao on Duty that was set to release on the same day, has also been postponed recently and the Sudeep starrer will not face a direct clash with any other movie.
