Sandalwood film industry has brought itself to a brand new level in past few years after delivering record-breaking as well as record-creating blockbuster nad larger than life films such as KGF 1, KGF 2, 777 Chalie and the recently released film Kantara.
Now, it has announced another big project Vijayanand, which is a biopic based on the life of Padma Shri awardee and Indian businessman Vijay sankeshwar, the chairman of India’s largest logistics firm VRL Group.
The film will depicts his inspiring and eventful journey of staring from a humble family background to becoming the owner of the largest fleet of commercial vehicle in India. He also owns a leading newspaper and a news channel in Karnataka.

The film directed by Rishika Sharma of “Trunk” fame, stars actor Nihal R. in the titular role. The actor is known for his villainous role in Chowka. The film is his second collaboration with the director after horror film Trunk (2018).
The others actor onboard are Bharath Bopanna, Anant Nag, Ravi Chandran, Prakash Belawadi, Siri Prahalad, Archana Kottige, Anish Kuruvilla among others.

Vijayananda Release Date
The makers of the film have released its official release date. The film is going to have a grand, Pan India released in Kannada along with dubbed Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam versions on December 9 worldwide. It will be distributed by UFO Moviez , known for distributing big movies like Rocketry, 777 Charlie, Karthikeya 2, Bimbisara and Prem Geet 2.

The music of the film is composed by National award winning music composer Gopi Sundar while Keertan Poojar are Hemanth are set to handle cinematography and editing, respectively. Director Rishika Sharma is also serving as the art and costume designer.
