The eighth edition of the ICC Women’s World Cup has finally ended, and Australia once again became the world champion by defeating South Africa. The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup started on February 10, 2023, and South Africa was the host country.

The 8th edition of the Women’s World Cup has started in Newlands, Cape Town. The final was held on February 26, 2023, between Australia and South Africa in Cape Town.

As South Africa hosted the ICC T20 women’s World Cup, India will be hosting the ICC Men’s world Cup 2023. Apart from this India will also host first edition of Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2023.

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Final 2023

Australia and South Africa competed against each other on February 26, 2023, for the trophy in Newlands, Cape Town. The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Final was won by Australia for the sixth time.

Already there were chances that Australia could win the trophy as they have won most number of ICC Women’s World Cup Trohies in the history.

ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Semi-final 2023

The ICC Women’s T20 World Cup has finally come to an end. The top four teams that have reached the semifinals are India, Australia, England, and South Africa. On February 23, 2023, India and Australia played the first semi-final, and Australia advanced to the final by defeating India by 5 runs.

The second semi-final was played between England and South Africa on February 24, 2023. South Africa won the second semi-final by 6 runs.
