Aamir Khan’s first look as ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ will leave you intrigued

Aamir Khan is known to perfect his looks for each one of his films. In the past, the actor has gained weight, lost weight and shaved his head to add a realistic approach to his character.

This time Aamir Khan has gone under a complete transformation to turn into ‘Laal Singh Chadha’, a slow-witted Sardar who witnesses some of the biggest events in the history of India.

Aamir Khan took to his social media handles to share his first look from the film where he is seen smiling like a cutie with sparkling eyes. Aamir as ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is seen wearing a beautiful pink checked shirt with a super heavy pink turban tied around his head. His face is laden with a very beard that is significant to the Sikh community. From the looks of it, Aamir seems to be sitting on the birth of a train.

Earlier this month, Aamir’s look from the film was leaked by paparazzi sneaking into the film’s shoot set in Chandigarh. Aamir was spotted wearing a similar lilac checkered shirt, high-waisted trousers, sports shoes with a heavy turban. Even Kareena Kapoor’s look went viral from the same sets. She is seen sporting a pale pink salwar-kameez with the barely-there makeup look. She plays Aamir Khan’s love interest in the film.

As per rumours, Aamir Khan has expressed his wish to cast Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khan in cameo roles in ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. The film features a scene where the lead character is supposed to sit on a bench with two of his friends. This is where Aamir wants to see the three Khans on-screen.

Earlier this week, Aamir also shared the official logo of the film on his social media channels. He captioned the picture with lyrics of one of the songs from the film ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’. Aamir is quite excited bout the project after his last film ‘Thugs of Hindostan’ with Katrina Kaif bombed at the Box Office. The actor is quite dedicated towards his latest venture where he will be sharing screen space with Kareen Kapoor. The two have previously acted in films like ‘3 Idiots’ (2009), ‘Talaash’ (2012), and ‘Bombay Talkies’ (2013).

Written by Atul Kulkarni and directed by Aadvit Chauhan, ‘Laal Singh Chaddha’ is the Bollywood remake of 1994 Hollywood film ‘Forrest Gump’ that starred Tom Hanks in the leading role. The film is based on the life of a man who sees some of the most important events in the history of America in the 20th century. The film slated to release on Christmas 2020 is being produced by Viacom 18 pictures and Aamir Khan Productions.
