Commando 3 5th day collections stood at Rs 2 crores. Vidyut Jammwal’s action action-drama is doing fairly well at the Box Office.
Commando 3 has become the best-performing Commando film till date. With Rs 18.75 crores minted through the first weekend, the film is holding a steady ground on the weekdays too. Even though the Vidyut-Adah starrer saw a 30-35% drop in the occupancy rates of Monday, it has performed extremely well over the weekend.
‘Commando 3’ collected Rs 4.74 crores (Friday), Rs 5.64 crores (Saturday) and Rs 7.95 crores (Sunday), Rs 3.17 crores (Monday) and Rs 2 crores (Tuesday). The sudden spike in collections on Sunday can be credited to the multiplexes in metro cities. Besides, ‘Commando 3’ owes majority of its success to mass centers which include states of Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh and Gujarat.
The Aditya Dhar film has held a steady ground during Monday and Tuesday which also proves that the film is sure to enjoy a great week at the Box Office. The high octane action flick has managed to impress the movie buffs in India. While Vidyut Jammwal is killing it with his sharp action sequences in London, it Gulshan Deviah’s evil character that steals the show. The actor has delivered his career-best performance till date.
‘Commando 3’ released alongside Anupam Kher’s ‘Hotel Mumbai’ on 29 November. While Vidyut is reiging the ticket windows, ‘Hotel Mumbai’ barely holds any ground. The film collected Rs 1.08 crores on it opening day. The number was followed by Rs 1.70 crores on Saturday and Rs 2.03 crores on Sunday. The film is proven Box Office dud for now.
‘Commado 3’ is an action-thriller starring Vidyut Jammwal, Gushan Deviah, Adah Sharma and debutant Angira Dharr. The film is based on the life of Commando Karanaveer Singh Dogra (Vidyut) who is assigned the task to save India from the terror attack on Dussehra. The actor sets on a mission to save his motherland with his wit and muscle.
