Dream Girl Box Office Collection Day 3: Ayushmann Khurrana’s Dream Girl scores big on its third day to end the first weekend with superb numbers.

Ayushmann Khurrana’s Dream Girl had a dream opening weekend at the domestic box office. After a superb opening, it witnessed huge growth on Saturday and Sunday to register a blockbuster opening weekend.

Talking about Sunday, the movies recorded around 75% occupancy. It opened to 60% occupancy in the morning shows. It registered a huge jump in the noon shows as the occupancy recorded was around 85%. In the evening and night shows, the occupancy was around 75%.

Dream Girl 3rd day box office collection is around 18.1 crores. The total collection of the movie after the first weekend stands at 44.57 crores. This is a huge number for a movie which is made in a budget of just 30 crores.

Earlier Ayushmann Khurrana’s film got off to a superb opening and it collected 10.05 crores on its first day. It witnessed huge growth on Saturday and collected 16.42 crores. Now on Sunday, it collected around 18.5 crores to end the opening weekend on a solid note.

Dream Girl opening weekend collection: 8th highest of 2019

With the collection of 45 crores, Dream Girl is now the 8th highest opening weekend grosser of 2019. It is the second-highest opening weekend grosser for Ayushmann Khurrana.

Dream Girl has shown an exceptional trend over the weekend. It is already a big hit at the box office. Now the question is how it will perform on weekdays. Good hold on Monday ensures a big chance to cross 100 crore mark.

Directed by Raaj Shandilya, Dream Girl stars Ayushmann in the role of a man who is capable of speaking in a girl’s voice. It also stars Nushrat Bharucha, Annu Kapoor, Vijay Raaz, Abhishek Bannerjee, Manjot Singh among others.
