Housefull 4 Posters Release: Looks like laughter riot already

Akshay Kumar shared the first look of his Diwali release ‘Housefull 4’ in a series of posters revealing the looks of cast members. The story of reincarnation is set in 2 time zones – 1419 and 2019.

After a seriously long wait, Akshay Kumar is back with comic franchise ‘Housefull 4’. The super-hit franchise will see its fourth release on 25 October, just before Diwali. Directed by Farhad Samji and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala stars Riteish Deshmukh, Bobby Deol, Rana Daggubati, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda, Pooja Hegde, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Chunky Panday, Johny Lever among others.

In an Instagram post, Akshay Kumar introduced himself as ‘1419 ke Rajkumar Bala’ or ‘2019 ke London return Harry’ along with his bald look for the film. What followed next was a couple of posters, each revealing the character look of the ‘Housefull 4’ cast.

Amongst all of them, Riteish Deshmukh and Pooja Hedge’s look caught our attention. Bonus points for the visual artist behind the posters for making the ensemble cast look so impressive in their new avatars from the ancient period.

Akshay also teased the audience with the date of the trailer release. Yes, the official trailer of ‘Housefull 4’ will release on 27 September 2019. The periodical-comic drama film has been shot in Mumbai, London and Rajasthan.

The Nadiadwala Production’s film will also release in 3D format. ‘Housefull 4’ brings along new faces in the franchise alongside some old faces like that of Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Boman Irani and Chunky Pandey.

The film has had its share of controversy when the ‘#MeToo’ internet movement started and caught on to Sajid Khan, the former director of the film. Sajid Khan was accused of harassment and manhandling an aspiring actor. The national fiasco forced the makers to replace Sajid Khan with Farhad Samji.
